Eve Gu, Esq, was born in Shanghai and moved to the U.S. when she was a teenager. She is a graduate of Emory University and has been a Senior Real Estate Attorney in the State of Georgia since 2007. She is the managing attorney at Leaders Law Firm and former COO of a Singapore-based investment company, responsible for the company's daily real estate investment business operations, including the acquisition, development, condominium conversion, asset management and property management. Formerly, she was a real estate attorney at Dentons (McKenna Long & Aldridge) and an investment banker at J.P. Morgan New York and a tax accountant at KPMG Atlanta. She has more than 10 years' experience in commercial real estate acquisition, development, asset/property management, real estate law and corporate law. Her many interests include great music, fast cars, fine dining, adventure travel, her friends; and she has published a children’s book titled “Kittie & Friends” and the sequel “The King of Pops.”
