Ben F. Johnson III is the retired Managing Partner of Alston & Bird, the immediate past Chairman of Invesco, Ltd, a Standard & Poor’s 500 company listed on the NYSE. He is also the past Chair of the Board of Emory University, Woodward Academy and the Atlanta Symphony. He serves on the Boards of The Carter Center and the Charles Loridans Foundation. He and his wife Ann recently celebrated their 54th wedding anniversary and have two sons and two grandsons. Ann was an original member of the ASO Chorus in 1970 under Robert Shaw.
